The lady at the front desk provided a warm reception and the gentleman at the parts department was attentive and patient. They also maintain a stock of most Mercedes Benz parts. The only negative aspect is, they never answered the phone!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Mercedes. I took my car in for what should have been a simple oil change, and it ended up causing me multiple problems and an additional $400 in repairs.
Not long after the oil change, I discovered that my dipstick had been broken off. I contacted the dealership, brought the car back, and they replaced it. After taking my car home, I then noticed oil leaking underneath it.
